• The Opportunity for a candidate with experienced in managing women clothing store only.
• The Store Manager is responsible for working with the owner to run all the aspects of the business including building sales, hiring and coaching the employees and assisting in achieving sales objectives. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor.
• Requirements:
• 3 years of management experience, preferably in fashion women's clothing environment
• Contributes to overall store success by ensuring store sales goals are met
• Responsible for building client relationships and driving store sales along with excitement about our brand through client outreach
• Responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and driving sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities
• Excellent time management , prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Delegating responsibilities and holding employees accountable for meeting productivity expectations
• Ensuring all requirements necessary to open and close the store are performed accurately each day
• Maintaining and replenished and fully-stock the sales floor
• Is available to work on Flexible schedule including weekdays , weekends and holidays, as per business needs
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to train others and lead by example
• Responsible for assisting with recruiting top talent to meet the needs of the business and retains talent that will contribute to sales growth
• Be able to stand for entire shift
